Return Period

You are entitled to return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Shipping Options

  • Post Office Collection: Arrange package pickup by contacting your local post office.
  • Post Office Drop-off: Deliver the package to your nearest post office.

Shipping Fee Reimbursement: Determined by return reason. We cover costs if the issue stems from our responsibility (e.g., damaged/incorrect items). If the return is due to your reasons, shipping fees vary by courier and will not be reimbursed. Common consumer-initiated return reasons include:

  • Product does not meet expectations
  • Incorrect size or color
  • Change of mind/no longer needed
  • Wrong item/quantity ordered
  • Insufficient product description review

Incorrect/Damaged Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, take clear photos and contact customer service immediately. We will reship correct items or issue a refund. Always obtain the return address from customer service before shipping.

Return Responsibility

  • Consumer-Caused Returns: You bear shipping costs (varies by courier).
  • Our-Fault Returns: We cover return shipping costs for damaged/incorrect items.

Return Process

  3. Return Shipment
    Ship items to the provided address and submit tracking number + return receipt.
  4. Refund/Exchange
    Upon receipt, we will process refund/exchange immediately and notify you via email.

Important Notices

  • Return Address: Use only the address provided by customer service (not the sender address on packaging).
  • Non-Our Items: Do not include non-rkngm clothing in returns; we are not responsible for returning these.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not liable for transit losses. Keep tracking proof when returning.

Refund Policy

  • Production/Transportation Issues: Full refund + return shipping covered for misprinted/damaged/defective items.
  • Order Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours or before shipping. No cancellations accepted post-dispatch.
  • Lost Parcels: Full refund for items lost in transit.
  • Incorrect Address: You bear reshipment costs for undeliverable addresses. Full liability for losses if wrong address provided without contact.
  • Used/Stained Items: Refunds denied for items with makeup, pet hair, deodorant stains, etc.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear (varies by payment provider).
